Privacy / Website analytics
Clear signals.
Clear choices.
Optaro uses first-party website analytics to understand how this website performs and where its experience can be improved. Analytics runs only after you choose to allow it.
What we measure
- Visits, anonymous unique visitors and desktop or mobile usage.
- Referring pages and campaign parameters such as UTM source.
- Calls-to-action selected, scroll depth and active engagement time.
- Aggregate conversion and journey performance.
How it works
If you allow analytics, your browser creates a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted without using your name or email address. Website interactions are sent to the Optaro Core service and attached to the Optaro tenant. We use the resulting statistics to improve the website and understand marketing performance.
If you submit an enquiry, campaign parameters attached to the page are stored with that enquiry so the Optaro team can understand where it originated. The enquiry itself is stored separately from anonymous browsing analytics.
Our analytics records do not intentionally store your IP address. As with any website request, network infrastructure may process connection information for security and reliable delivery.
Your choice
You can refuse analytics and continue using the website normally. You can also change your choice at any time; declining removes the analytics identifier stored by this site and stops further analytics events from this browser.
