Evidence-led diagnosis
Bring device, radio, port and topology evidence together before choosing a response. A shared upstream failure should be investigated before treating every downstream device independently.
Defined action scope
Supported playbooks include selected port and PoE recovery, AP Ethernet recovery, VLAN delivery repairs and Aruba WLAN configuration actions. Availability depends on the platform, firmware, permissions and enabled playbook.
Execution controls
Playbook eligibility and automation settings govern whether an action may run. Wider-impact switch and spanning-tree operations have separate operational controls.
Checks and audit
Execution records and supported canary checks preserve evidence of what was attempted. Rollback behaviour and recovery criteria depend on the playbook and the reversibility of the action.

Identify the sites, assets, service owners and existing collection paths. Confirm the measurements you need, their freshness and the supported platform versions.
Understand the capability boundary.
A completed write is not proof of improved service. Exact WLAN before-state restoration, durable event-driven execution and stronger before-and-after service canaries are development priorities. Physical damage and external interference may require an engineer; not every action can be undone.
